Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety Compliance : Ensure full implementation and control of all health and safety procedures within the electrical maintenance area.
Operational Leadership : Act as a key interface between the Technical Services and Operations teams, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
Maintenance Oversight : Support the planning and execution of annual maintenance activities and business KPIs, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and ad hoc repairs.
Team Development : Mentor and inspire a technically capable and cohesive team; identify, develop, and retain engineering talent.
Technical Expertise : Serve as a go-to technical resource during both planned and unplanned events, delivering reliable engineering support as part of the Echo 1 response role.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all internal and external technical requirements, including safety bulletins, technical manual updates, and procedural revisions.
Financial Stewardship : Demonstrate sound financial control within the scope of work and assigned authority.
Customer Focus : Act as the lead technical representative to internal stakeholders, ensuring responsive, effective service delivery.
