We are seeking skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a fantastic food manufacturing business in South Lanarkshire. You will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of a wide range of production equipment.

- £46,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
- Working 4 on 4 off (days and nights)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance activities with diligence, following all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and quality regulations.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance and repairs to the highest standards to maximize equipment reliability
- Respond to unscheduled maintenance, including fault finding and repairs, while identifying root causes of issues and ensuring thorough documentation of materials used, downtime duration, and corrective actions in the CMMS.
- Ensure necessary engineering supplies are available to complete required maintenance tasks.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in production lines, machinery, and operational processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement projects.
- Communicate unplanned downtime to the Engineering Shift Manager, Engineering Manager, or Production Manager, providing corrective actions and root cause analysis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Fully qualified and apprentice-trained Multi-Skilled Engineer.
- Electrical bias
- Previous experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Hands-on experience in food manufacturing or processing industries.
- Proficient in using PC-based software and CMMS systems.
