Senior Electrical Controls Engineer – Hull Area
Elevation Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering firm to find a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer for their expanding team near Hull.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead electrical design for system controls and components
- Develop & modify PLC software (Siemens TIA Portal)
- Produce detailed control system drawings (AutoCAD Electrical)
- Ensure standards & compliance (EN ISO 13849, IEC 62061)
- Stay ahead of the curve in machine automation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in PLC, SCADA, Drives & Control Systems
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal & integrated safety
- Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of British & international standards
- Experience in rail environments (advantageous)
Qualifications: Minimum HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
