On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing and nationally recognised company where you will be designing control panels then doing test and assembly, for a range of special purpose machinery. You will be directing and assisting a team of 8 engineers, managing their workload and timescales.
Founded nearly 50 years ago, this company design, manufacturer, supply and install a range automation and robotic machinery across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, military, and nuclear. They pride themselves on their extraordinary reputation of reliable machinery, coupled with excellent retention rates due to internal promotions.
This role would suit an Electrical Controls Engineer with PLC experience looking for a senior, managerial role for a company who will value them, where they can make their mark for the long-term.
The Role:
- Control panel design, test and assembly
- Working on Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs
- Split between hands-on and managing a team of 8
- Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, early finish on Fridays, 37.5 hours a week
